Our community at Wildflower Upstate New York Charter School is built by people who have arrived here through many different paths. Members of our founding Board of Trustees and staff bring a wide range of life and professional experience.
Our Primary Montessori Teacher Leader began her career in law, and our Executive Director started as a special education teacher. What unites us is not a single background, but a shared belief in the power of Montessori education.
We welcome candidates from all walks of life and are especially interested in understanding why Montessori, and why now. Whether you are continuing a long-standing Montessori journey or transitioning from another field, we value the perspective, purpose, and passion you bring.
Research shows that women and other underrepresented groups often hestitate to apply for jobs unless they meet every qualification. At WUNYCS, we value passion, growth, and potential, just as much as experience. If you're excited about our mission and feel you could thrive in this role, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't check every box.
